The legendary FW2017 "Supreme × AKIRA" capsule, realized only after Supreme finally convinced Katsuhiro Otomo, who had turned the offer down for years. This is its centerpiece, the "Syringe Tee," with the iconic scene of Kaori injecting Tetsuo printed large across the back (look closely and the syringe reads "Supreme"). The Supreme box logo sits on the left chest. Rare lime colorway, size XL, bought from the official Japan webstore, worn 5–10 times and in excellent condition.
